CD-Key not working

I had opened a ticket about the cd key problem, but they send me here
I bought a CD-Key for tank leader about year or two ago, I though it is lifetime.
However, it shows 'authentication fail'
Can you check what's wrong with it?

I bought this new computer at boxing day.
I was playing WOW at that time.
I find out that my hornor buddy was not working.
Then I just not playing anymore.
Now my Tankleader is not working as well.
So I would like to find out why.
also, hope my hearthbuddy is working.
