CCs recompiling at startup

Hello,

I tried to find the answer using Search but either noone ever asked this (I doubt it ) or I used wrong words to search it (Greek here). So my question is, why does HB have to recompile CCs everytime it starts up? I mean there are so many ways to determine if a library/file/class whatever changed and I am sure you know it. So, what is the reason?

Its just how we do things. All CCs/Plugins are open source, and compiled at startup for a reason. Just accept it and move along...
