CC problems

I keep getting this error as of today for some reason
Code: 
Building spell book
Spell book built
Could not compile CC from C:\Users\***\Downloads\Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5024\CustomClasses\Amplify!
File:  Line: 0 Error: Unexpected error reading metadata from file 'c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Windows.Forms\2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\System.Windows.Forms.dll' -- 'Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. '

I ran as admin this is latest HB new instal tried does with all cc's
never seen this problem before

are you sure you have enough ram available? try restarting your pc, and see if you get the same results.
if not its not HB or the CC, your .Net install might be corrupt, you can fix this by reinstalling the .Net Framework 3.5 Sp1.
