Causing Lag to spike and DC

The problem I am getting is my Lat in game will spike from 18ms to a massive 3,600 then to 18,000 then it will DC the game. (Only when trying to PvP)
Now before anyone goes crazy and says this is not HBs problem, All signs point to the program running.
I have looked into everything, ISP shows good connectivity and all services are working as intended, calling Blizzard Support to see if it was a server issue and none have been reported, removing all add-ons reinstalling WoW and the HB client. Still no joy.
3 Hours of farming by myself with no addons showed no problem. However when I spun up the HB 5 minutes into the BG the Lat issue begins and DCs the client. Causes a 15min debuff and its getting beyond annoying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have a wow tunel tool or something?
are you on a wireless network?
 
well, idk if this will help, but you can try and change from DX11 to DX9, and see if that helps, but id say flushing your DNS, restarting your routers, maybe trying an alternative DNS server would help resolve.
 
flushed DNS and it was able to last a few games, but it still seems to be HB. I cant downgrade DX because other games require 10 or better. I was able to play for an hour without issue until HB was turned on. Is there a place where the older builds are listed for download? I would like to try rolling back HB and see if it might be the recent patch. It worked like a champ prior to the last update.

On a side note, I have also tested on a laptop with a 4G connection running low graphics and it still has the same issue.

From wow client on the last 3 attempts. Have re-installed HB 3 times as well. Anything else you guys might suggest?

disable your wow addons and clear the wow cache
 
Removed Cache, all addons, and the WTF folder....Not getting the Fatal Error anymore, however the same issue with HB causing a DC in BGs... Going to wipe my machine and do a clean install of just wow and HB to see what happens. Will keep you posted.
