Catching pokemon but doesnt catch them?

Anyone else have a problem where it says "catching zubat" or any pokemon but it doesnt catch it but it also doesnt say failed or anything then it just moves on to the next pokemon and still doesnt catch it and just keeps moving on to other pokemon?
