as tittle say's any one can confirme he can't enter any of cata dungs trought the teleport ? seems loots of bots STUCK at portal and just re-entering ?

More likely just the usual evening server problems. Even randoms take a few minutes to launch.

No of course the more likely option is that they closed all of the cataclysm dungeons forever.
