Casting spells in a infinite loop (Paying $$)

Hi, I am looking for someone to be able to make me a plugin or a profile tag within Trinity to constantly cast blizzard on top of itself, without being in combat or anything like that, just always doing it.

I will edit it to my liking later, but right now I fail to find a way to make a infinite loop that will do what I am telling the bot to do whether it's in combat or not.

I can pay by paypal, $10 for the base plugin, $20-$30 for the more advanced stuff, PM me here
