Just seems like a Mesh error tbh, try pointing it to a different folder for the Mesh and see if it works after downloading the necessary files.

Try to start HB as an admin user. Looks like a permission issue.

Don't put your meshes in /appData/ as it is hidden and requires administrator access and i believe honorbuddy gives an error when run as administrator. Try putting them in C:/mesh/ or something like that
