I have installed all updates for netframe and ran as admin. But still have problem

That is the weirdest thing ever. Only thing that comes to mind would be insufficient privileges; ie not running the bot and WoT as administrators. It should never fail to find those exports if everything went alright. o.O

I'm running both as admin. I also followed instruction, uninstalled Netframe and reinstalled and upgraded 4.0 I have no idea why this is happening
 
I'm having the same issue as OP, but with the latest version. Running both programs as administrator, tried with Framework 4.0 and Framework 4.5, then used your Demonbuddy thing .. tried basically everything and I can't find what is wrong.
The same error occurs on my 3 computers with different installations (all downloaded separately) and all running Windows 7 Ultimate with SP1.
