Cant use my key again, i logged in and the process went not responding after 2 min. It says after next attempt that max sessions.

try changing wow to dx9 mode, you can do this from your wow graphic options.

as far as the max sessions go, you can ether wait for it to clear from the server, or log into your buddyauth account and kill any active sessions you have manually.
