Hey Tony , i think u may misunderstand my message because u told me to send u the log file
After u uninstalled mant Microsoft Visual C++ from 2008-2015 and reinstall it through a buddy software , i restart my laptop and runs HBCN , it runs very well , the problem i said above didnt appear again.
So i want to find whether the Geforce Experience or the Razer Synapse is the reason to cause the problem , and i reinstall them ( u told me to uninstall the Geforce and u uninstall the Razer through TeamViewer)
I first install the Geforce and runs HBCN , no problem. Then i install the Razer , also runs HBCN , still no problem.
But i find in HBCN appear a sentence i have never seen before in HBCN and i think it maybe the reason which cause the problem

The sentence is in the Line 13 , im not very sure whether i have seen it in HB or not , cuz i have already deleted all the old version of HB , so i cant make sure when u didnt uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ from 2008-2015 the sentence had never appeared
But when problem above appears , this sentence never appear in HBCN ( u can find it through logs i updated before )
I hope its the reason and i can let u know , then u ( or ur team) can fix it or find the solutions so HB ( include HBCN ) can runs better in the future
