Can't use bot since 1.06 update

When I open demonbuddy and press login it just disappears leaving d3 window flashing and thats it. What is happening?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.

since you are using Trinity,you must use Giles combat Routine

No I do not use anything else, nothing has changed in my os and no new programs have been installed.

Should I try to download the game again and reinstall?

I did a new d3 installation and it didn't help;/
