Can't Use Archebuddy Anymore

Hello,

I use to have no problems using archebuddy about 2 months ago when I was playing. I took a break and now I am unable to get it to work.

First, if I try to start my Archeage account through Archebuddy, it says: (Email): Starting account:
(Email): Unknown Glyph version.
and that's it. Doesn't launch the game.

So then I opened Glyph and started Archeage myself, was able to get into the game and everything just fine, no issues (without Archebuddy running).
But when I open archebuddy with the game already launched archeage immediately exits out and forwards me to the hackshield website! (https://trionworlds.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204422847)

Any idea how I should fix this? I haven't played in awhile so I figure I might have missed something to get this working...

Also, another thing I tried was starting Archebuddy and starting glyph so both are running, THEN launching Archeage. When I tried that, AA did not launch and AB gave me this message:

9:36:08 PM: ArcheBuddy. Version 1.3
9:36:13 PM: Game Client detected
9:36:14 PM: Unknown HackShield version.
9:36:14 PM: Authentication success! Checking for store products. This may take a while.
9:36:16 PM: Done. Receive info about 3 buddy store plugins.
9:36:17 PM: Failed to hook client
9:36:17 PM: Inject failed. Code -13.


EDIT:

Tried running everything as Admin.
Tried updating Glyph
Tried uninstalling and re-installing Glyph
Tried updating Hackshield
Tried disabling firewall

same results after all that. I just deleted Glyph and Archeage, going to re-download both of those and see if that helps. Would greatly appreciate any ideas!


EDIT:

The re-downloading everything did not work.. Same issue. Just says Unknown Glyph Version in AB. I'm out of ideas :/

I just downloaded Archebuddy for a new computer this morning and I am getting the same exact error you are.

Googled and they said to download the Framework 4.5.1 but that computer already has it, testing out some different things now, I just tried the epic "Turning it off and on again" waiting for results since that computer is about as slow as a toaster~

Felt it was worth saying I have Archebuddy currently running on 3 other computers, so I know it isn't server side.
 
Here is what i have tried.

1. Running both as admin
2. Changing Inject Method from 1 to 2 and alternating admin runs on both.
3. I deleted my antivirus software since I know that gets in the way on my other PCs (I actually just straight disable it otherwise it sends Archebuddy to the virus vault)


I never get an error saying unknown Glyph version, just unknown Hackshield version which is why I am assuming the crash is happening. I've had a similar issue in the past where hackshield's little box will flash in the bottom right then everything closes and the Play button lights back up red instead of staying grayed out in Glyph.

Maybe because me and him downloaded Archebuddy recently there is some sort of issue with the DL? I've googled for:

and can't find a single error on the internet about it, only this thread. Currently how I feel:

Did you just reinstall Archebuddy when you came back? If so one of the only things we have in common is we both recently installed Archebuddy. (this is me assuming our PCs are totally different as well as our circumstances/software etc)
 
Support sucks, took a a while to remember the requirements of AB, like .NEt 4.5.1, btw, AB was updated yesterday, delete everything, or copy to another dir, all except updater.exe and try again.

Btw, Win 7/8, fresh install? Try uninstall .NET and reinstalling it again...

Everything is updated here, tried deleting everything in folder but still got the same problem.
Any ideas? Support doesnt really seems to care.
 
This is becoming a common problem, I am sure support will care.

As an update, I lost another one of my computers, Archebuddy loads up (it doesn't display my log file though, I can't get it to display it for whatever reason) and it refuses to compile my plugins, but it does let me in game.

That computer is windows 7, the computer it isn't working on is really old and windows XP.
