Can't Trade? Is Blizz starting the farming *****down?

I logged in all of my accounts now that servers are back up (US). I've found that out of all my accounts, two accounts can't trade with anyone. When they try to trade, "trade" is greyed out. When another account tries to trade with them, they get "player is busy".

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this issue. I've searched blizz technical forums and I don't see any reports of it. It may very well be localized to me, but I really would not be surprised if this is one method of *****ing down on gold farmers. Both of these accounts ran VS and briefly DB, and have easily farmed gold in the 100M's over weeks.

EDIT: Checked VS forums, apparently blizz is having an issue with treating some accounts as starter accounts. It's merely a glitch, and will be fixed in due time. Didn't mean to scare anyone.

Alot of people on the Bnet forums are reporting the same problem. It's a D3 glitch/bug.
