cant start or download DB

just started today cant start DB or download any versions,and when going to download page i get. Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.

Nope they are all turned off

Just for the hell of it I downloaded a hide ip thingy and now the download page works, but still same error with DB. Any ideas?

Well I finally got it working with an ip hide. For some reason my real ip region is unknown and on the other side of the world, stupid twc hope they fix it soon.
