Cant start/install Honorbuddy

I bought HB some days ago and I cant even start it.

When Im about to open it for the first time it says "Unable to initiate configuration system".

I've installed .NET frameworks 3.5 sp1 aswell but nothing works. Very lame for 25$ :/


What to do?

attach the log (log folder in hb).

go advanced --> manage attachments --> upload

most common problems:
using it before you are logged into your toon
wow is not in windowed mode
you are not using d3d9
you are you not running hb / gb .exe as admin (right click --> run as admin)
you have not whitelisted it in antivirus
you have not installed .net 3.5 sp1 (which u said u did, so ignore this 1)

There is no log in my folder.

the only thing i havent checked in your list is the d3d9 thing. How do I check that?

Nothing seems to solve the problem. Guess theres a bigger problem with my computer or something..

Is there possible to get a refund?
