can't start any profil on my Hb .

Dear ,

After the HB update (download from the web site ) , i can't start any profil from the web source .

i got this error message :

There was an error requesting the profile resource at C:\Users\manssour\AppData\Local\Temp\96-98______.xml

Could you help me please ?
