Cant solve the crash ploblme

Hi there,
I updated my DB to the lastet verson, then the crash ploblem happend.
i tried some method like reinstall db to a brand new place and a new folder, or uninstal the Frame .net and install it by buddy wizard again.
still crash crash crash.
plz help me out.. i m already crazy...
sucks speed, cant upload logs.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

i did what you told, thx tony, but not helping. sitll crash. luckly i have an old version of DB(1.1.2180.382), i v tried the old one, and no crash happend. that make realize that the crash happend just after i updata my DB to the lastest version. i think this information could help you guys to solve this crash problom soon. i can use the old verion for a little while.
