Can't seem to turn in quests

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I've done some searching and I can't find the answer. So here's my problem: The bot runs perfectly, it kills, loots, sells, picks up quests, etc.. but when it comes to actually turning in the quest, my toon will just stand beside the quest turn-in. I'm sure its just some simple setting I have to change, but if anyone can shed some light on this issue it'd be great.

on last Hb release there are some changes on questing profile structure
so the profile creators must update their profiles
