Can't run more than one profile at a time???

I bought the honorbuddy 5 session thing for 39.99. I have a 67 paladin im botting right now and the authentication works, but im trying to bot another account and it keeps saying auth failed and im pretty sure i have the right password. someone plz help!

check for one more time your spelling
check for caps(case sensitive)

go at shop page and ask for a pass reset
