Can't run HearthBuddy

Hey guys,

i bought a week of HearthBuddy to test it and stuff but it doesn't even start.

I hope you guys are able to help me :/

Yes I already read that page and I have none of the listed programs installed, I also get this grey start button and when I hit it this error message pops up after a short period of time.

I've downloaded the ZIP, unpacked it in a folder on a local drive, executed hearthstone, pressed play and chose the deck I want to play without hitting play.
I've also tried the installer with the same result.

make sure if is in windowed *non fullscreen* mode and if you still got issues

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

So since the first post Hearthstone is running in windowed mode.

What did I do this time:

• I removed all the x86 c++ redistributables
• I restarted my PC
• I executed the BuddyWizard, which did Install redistributables
• I restarted my PC
• I started Hearhtstone in Windowmode -> pressed on play and selected a deck and game mode
• I started HearthBuddy.exe and did nothing until 5 seconds later this error occured (again attached)

I really hope you guys can help or compensate me as I already lost almost 30% of my subscribed time
