Can't run EB after last windows 10 update

Yesterday windows 10 had a big update and since than my EB just wont run, even a fresh copy.
It takes for ever to load, when i press start game freezes for a min and bot just keeps working but with no response at all.
Log is attached. I apreciate any help.

Got help on discord and fixed already.
Just had to revert windows update.

will the devs do something about the Windows 10 1709 Update?
Can't go back to 1703.
