Can't run any profiles

It just stuck at 'loading profile'

Uninstall all .net and framework stuff and reinstalled and updated computer
Reinstalled HB several times.

well your running a fishing profile with professionbuddy, have you tried a diffrent profile or NOT using professionbuddy?

Well it still doesn't work. I am trying to run https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honor.../188135-pb-1-700-fishing-inside-garrison.html
I put it in professionbuddy mode and load the xml file and it just stuck on loading profile.
I tried all of the fishing profiles on all the botbases and litterally nothing works. I am just trying to find a 1-700 fishing bot.
