Cant remember mail on the account

Hello guys im i used to have 18 session of Honorbuddy, the problem is that i forgot about the mail that was on the account since it has been long time since i stop botting, i remember this account since it my MAIN, but my other account that is not attach to this one i totally lost access for it is there any chance to retrieve that account.? let me know thanks.
