cant open "LOAD PROFIL" from file nothing happening

Hello , when i click on Load profile , -> From Filre.... nothing happen,cant choose a profile, its only says : Loading profile (cant open the windows where u can choose a profile) i have fresh installed windows, have just installed honorbuddy and net framework 4

"Max Sessions" means you are already logged in. this is a common problem i also have if i close HB incorrectly. to fix this issue go to

https://www.buddyauth.com/
fill in the fields. then go to sessions and kill the session and then you should be able to log in correctly

but from what you have said it does not sound like thats the issue.

Clear your log folder, reproduce the issue and upload the newly created log please.
