Can't lunch the software

I have just bought a 1 week license. So I downloaded the software, but when I click on it to lunch it, nothing happen.

No I have already disable my firewall, and I don't have any antivirus installed

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart
