Cant login !!!! :(

i cant login to Honorbuddy i have the key but i'm not sure witch username it is.... ive tested every thing...

I cant Log in Here i was on like 30min ago then i restarted my computer now i cant log on its saying authentication failed

i think its not working like that, ive tested retry everytime keep doing same :/ i think and were can i download latest i picked the one on the tab bot download
