There are a handful of users for which even the Beta is not working. It seems you're unfortunately part of this group.
The senior staff is aware of the problem, and actively working on it. We've pointed them to your log from the Beta.
In the meantime, the only possible work-around we can think of is to roll back to a previous version of your video driver, and see if that will work. We've no clue whether this will be an effective technique or not. Our recommendation is to wait for a fix. This problem is highest on the problem list, and actively being worked.
