Can't login to my buddy portal

forgot my pass, try to recover and it says there is no such account with that user name or email.
then when i try to register it says that there is already an account with my email,
any help ?

buddyauth? or buddyportal?

buddyauth is for key-based users
buddyportal is for old-school acct based users, before keys were made

Buddy auth i guess as i dont have my key but im about to email my reciept of purchase to prove who i am and get my key back
