Cant login to HB

ive got a problem with logging in to HB. i was using HB for a two weeks but yesterday i wanted to change gather profile and now i cant login. i turned off my ESET and firewalls, created new profile in windows with admin rights but i still cant login. Im using Windows 7 but for a two weeks there wasnt any problem with it. please help me. here is my log:

Nobody can help me ? :( u know, i paid 25euros for ur service and i cant use it, its rly annoinyg
 
you're using HB 4245, it's an old version. use the new version
 
and where can i download that update? HB was telling me that there is new version but i didnt mind about it. now i know it was fault :(
