cant login auth portal

it says my account is locked and that i need to contact support, and i sent an email 5 days ago and 2 days ago and my account is sitll not unlocked. i keep getting max session over and over, so i want to reset the lognis if someone is on my account?

also when it says max sessions could it be possinble cuz i ran out of time? or does it say something else if im out of time? thanks.

can you guys be a *little* bit more professional and not have me wait a week and send numerous emails to you trying to unlock my account? thanks.

Cant login to buddyauth as well. Getting max sessions and cant kill it on the site (I was able to do that a couple of days ago). Tried to resend Validation Email, but "Could not find a user by that email address."

Is their database down?
