Hello Everybody,

since 2 days i can't login into my honorbuddy account. There is always the Message "Max. Sessions".

How can i get rid of it? Do i need to buy a new key? I hope not!

Also in my email account i got "14 false logins detected". I ran a scan over honorbuddy and it says that its infected with a trojan. So why the heck does honorbuddy deliever an infected version? I didn't get a trojan warning with the older version of HB.

Thats a gross!

ok thanks i did it. I can't kill the session nothing happens. I check the Session and hit "kill" but the session is still there. I can do it how much i want, its always the same result.

edit:// ok now i've managed to kill the session but i still can't log in. Theres always "Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen". I double checked the key and im sure its the same. i also checked for spaces at the end.

Whats the probleme here?:/

The weird stuff is, with this honorbuddy the client sais "authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen", with another one (in another folder) it sais "max sessions. authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen". Also, there is no connection to kill (in buddy auth).

Type your key into the username box, no copy and paste.
Make sure there are no spaces or anything in password box.

Make sure Honorbuddy.exe is added to Firewall exceptions, and Antivirus exceptions list.

also make sure that port 5031 is open (router)

Firewall is off, AV is disabled and the port is open. Before some days i could log in witouth a problem. I didn't change anything (router settings, OS etc.) at all.
I guess the problem is something with my key, therefore on the honorbuddy side

edit:// I just made a clean install of honorbuddy and now everything works again. LOL that was a strange behaviour! Anyway, thanks for your help.
