Hi, Anyone know whats wrong when u get this message?...have hade this problem for 4 days now.
 
Hmm...Now it works. That was wierd. 2min after i posted it starts to work =) Dont know how to delete this post tho.
 
Same problem here. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Can't login to upload profiles at all.
 
same problem here right now. cant login to upload a profile to use so i cant continue to level mining :( ill give it a little while before i go to bed to keep checking on it.

Just had the same problem, give it a min or 2 after it says failed, it will eventually say auth'd and then you should be good to go.
 
yeah i get same issue past couple days except today it says not paid when money came out via paypal a week ago. I rarely use the bot anymore but it seems every time i try there is always something wrong

Man, Those DDos'ers are hitting HB/GB hard it seem's...

Maybe HB team needs to get Barracuda Web Application Firewall if they have their own server.
 
1. Make sure you have the latest version of GB and or HB
2. Read / search the forums before posting - Often times your questions have been asked and answered.
3. Listen to the chat room, notice i said listen not log in ask everyone questions and bug the heck out of people. Often if there is a general issue with something people are talking about it - You can learn a lot by sitting in there and just reading what people are talking about.
4. Remember as far as authentication is concerned if you log off/out of GB or HB --you may need to wait a min or two before logging back on as servers have to validate your PW and user name. Server has to read that you have logged off otherwise you get that = Max sessions reached issue.
Those are just the things that have worked for me when i have had issues ---in doubt then feel free to post or ask specific questions and attach a log with your post. Please note that if you ask a question that is in the forum and has been asked 100 times and you are not specific and didn't attach a log from HB or GB you are not as likely to get a response.

Good luck guys - currently HB has been working just fine for me the past week --every day been botting 8 hours minimum = no issues.
