cant logg in

just buyed Hb 3 weeks ago, and buyed the payed key 1 week ago, and when i was farming herbs it suddently closed wow and HB, and when i wanted to logg in it keeps saying:

if you still have problems just log on Auth Portal and kill all sessions in use
