cant log on to HB

i get this message when i try to logon with username and PW



Authentication failed.
Authenticating..
Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!


And this happends all the time

i tryed ur link. but when i log on there is says: Not paid.

But i have paid.....

Got a E-mail that says that i have paid too.

Here is my mail:

i paid this last week =/

had a problem to get HB working on windows XP. so now i have formated my PC and got windows 7, so that is why i havent posted enything on the forum yet.
