Can't log into store

I use my same account that I use for Gatherbuddy/Honorbuddy login and I even tried to reset my password on the site. I reset it, and then try to login and I still get "The username or password you have provided does not match our records. " I want to look into getting another session.

Can someone help me?

the shop account and forum account are two separate things. that can both have 2 separate passwords. remember that your shop username/password are case sensitive.
