cant log into HB

i just bought HB and when i log in it says

Authenticating...
gatherbuddy sessions 0/0
honnorbuddy sessions 0/0
invailid account detailds. (when there not incorrect)
authentication failed!

i dont know if it matters but im using parralles (from a mac)

do you have any symbols or non Enflish letters on your pass?
