Can't log into HB - No key in email address from Old Shop Log in

^ What the title says, I just tried logging HB as i've been off wow for 3 weeks and it says that some KEY has been emailed to me to replace my old log in :S but alass i have nothing in my junk and or inbox

Do we have to Re-Register ? I have no problem logging into my Buddyauth account, But my lifetime Key is sitting in the Unused/Inactive Status.
Emailed Support that emailed back and said it should be fixed but still the same error when i try to log in to Honorbuddy.

iwhats the error you get while trying to use the key on Hb?

You have entered an invalid product key. > If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your register email address > to obtain key that is created instead of you old shop login, > Authentication failed!

Also the Key that you sent ( they sent me 3 emails with 3 Keys) The last key the most recent key is the Key that is in my buddyauth account , but it in the inactive/unused Staus.
