I tried to log into the account today and I got a message "You have entered an invalid product key. If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your registered email to obatain the key that is created instead of the old shop login"
I have 2 problems.
Firstly I don't have access to the email address on the account anymore because it is an old ISP email that I don't have, but I forgot to change it.
Secondly I can't change the email on the account using the password that I log into these forums with anymore, so I don't know how to fix.
Please help asap
