Can't Log In

When ever I try to log in it says "Logging In" and then "Max Sessions" and "Authentication Failed". I just got honorbuddy today so bear with me if this is just some stupid mistake but please help me out.

Ok I did all of that and it will work sometimes but every time that I restart my computer I have to re-download it multiple different times in order for it to work or else it just says what it said before

thats not normal,it means that something is corrupted in OS or something
