Cant log in to the bot.

I tried to log into the bot (honorbuddy)
and all i get is :
Loading Honorbuddy 2.0.0.3582 settings.
Authenticating..
Gatherbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Honorbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details

Whats up with that?.O Ive checked several times that i dont type wrong

are you trying to log with your shop login info right?
and you dont have any symbols on you pass,right?
