cant log in and it fails please help me fast if you can

HEllo, i have been trying to log in into my bot for 1 almost 2 days now and
What it keeps tell me is


Honorbuddy v2.5.6561.515 started
logging in...

Max Sessions
Authentication failed!

I have unlimited version so i should have the bot for ever.
and befor those 2 days i could log in on 3 account and now i cant log in into any... so What should i do and please help me thanks !

lasts 3600 Days from the time of first use
thats the part where it say?s i have it for 3600 day?s
And when i buyed it i did talk with support i buyed the one for 30 - 25 euro and he said that when those day?s are over they will make it new..
and i didnt use the bot for 10 years yet.. and 3600 days = 10 years ..
I got the mail and buyed the bot at 29.10.2011 so its like almost 2 years ago and 2 years are not 3600 days..

Hi, Pasarlai1990,

We're talking about two different things here. Tony is asking how many 'sessions' you purchased, and you're responding with how much time you've left on your session.

If you log out (or crash) with Honorbuddy, you sometimes have to wait a couple of minutes before trying to re-launch it. If you don't want to wait, you can go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and explicitly kill the session.

It helps if we can see what is going on. This is accomplished by attaching a log file so we can see.

In the meantime, try resetting your session via the Buddy Auth portal, and let us know your results. If no joy, post your log.

Thank you and i did tell that i have 1 sessions for 25 euro but okay it works now thanks for the great help !
