Can't load user profiles/access auth.gatherbuddy.de

I am attempting to login to auth.gatherbuddy.de, but nothing I have tried seems to work.

My invoice# is 39482.

I can start up GB fine and do other things, but I read a post saying i needed to access the link above to load profiles.

Unless ofcourse the post I read is completely wrong.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
