Cant link Paypal with Diablo 3

nop, as a matter of fact i just linked a new d3 account to my already existing (previously banned d3 accounts linked to ) paypal.

do you use same real name for every battle net account , and is it the same as paypal ?`


i just dont get it why i cant add paypal.

so is it one account per paypal or you guys saying you can't link your paypal to no accounts at all? You think blizzard just implemented this recently? So once someone gets banned there paypal gets black listed too?
