Cant get Tankleader to work

Downloading and installing TankLeader 1.0.392.84 seemed to fix the issue. The download link in the email gave me a different version number.

i cant start Tankleader. i have the version you get with the download button here my log. Bought the full version. can you pls help me??? i'm a noob in such things
