I did not use my bot since 2 years i think and now i cant remember the code. In 2011 as i bought the bot, it really was a key to enter.in 2012/13 suddenly it changed to username+password and now its a key again?
Nevermind, i just cant get my Key/ID/Username/whatever and now im frustrated because i dont want to pay for the bot again. I also cant login at "buddy auth", because this tool has not existed since i bought the key in 2011 and it also does not work with my forum username+password.(same for buddy store, does not work).
I even contacted the support and they wrote me this email back :

Now im confused, because that is the email with which i ordered the keys, 3 years ago. if i remember correctly, i ordered 3. i wrote back an answer but they did not answer back the second time
