Can't Get my HB2 Key

Hi, I have a HB Lifetime account, I recently changed my in forum username and since then I cannot log onto the 'Buddy Auth' making me unable to find out what my HB Key is, I think something is wrong here as it throws unexpected errors when I try to log in to 'Log On - Buddy Auth Portal'

Please Help me!
