Can't get it launch

Hi guys,

I'm lurking on forum since yesterday to try to find a solution to a problem i'm raming in. Whenever i try to launch AB by the account manager i get this : Starting account, launch failed.
I'm on a VM, 2go, 2 core. I did the register trick to get AA launched, and it worked flawlessly, ty for the help. Every windows update is done, Direct x installed, framework and runtime too.
I follow the helpdesk, but i can't get it to work, i'm not used to post on forum since i can find my answers by searching it, but I'm stuck on this.

Here's logs from my VM, i zipped it cus i put 4 logs in. If anybody's willing to help, i can provide teamviewer information by private message.

I'm adding a picture cus i did'nt see anything about the login information you got to put on the right so i wonder if it does'nt come from here.

Well, got some news after a few test ( still don't work )
I can ping trion login servers on my VM, so it's not a login server sided problem,
Did fresh instal and nothing seems to change.
Now i'm trying to change my account name, maybe it's too long ( more than 26 char ).
I'll let you know if something changed in a few moment.

edit : nope, the account name did'nt change anything...
i'm running out of solutions.....

Try to change password, if nothing help - send me all Logs from AB log folder
 
Changed password,don't fix.
I tried to log in my account profile to see if i can disable the authenticator ( the mail one, not the phone one ). I did, did'nt fix it.
SO i joined my AB log folder. BTW Out, do i have to download something to be able to read logs ? Cus when i open it, it's like weird words?

Btw i forgot to say that my vm is goin' through a VPN !
The said VPN had its port open as told in helpdesk and my VM has all security features disable ( no antivirus, no windows firewallz )
 
Bumping it cos i still can't get it launch and my trial key expire tomorow ...

Hi. Please, try to download new AB update (just uploaded), and report new result + logs, if still not working.
