Cant get Hb working cannot attach to wow

I updated too the latest Hb version and read that it whas for US not for EU servers.
I get this with the newest update and my older HB version :


You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #14007
You are currently on build #0

Make sure you WoW is up to date (run the Launcher), make sure you have the latest HB (the message about US only was before EU patch day, so ignore it).

Run WoW, log in, select the character you want to play as, once you're properly in game (can run around and stuff), then run HB - should work :/

World of Warcraft is up-to-date. and i still get the same message :S
