Can't get demonbuddy to work after purchase

I purchased demonbuddy yesterday, and followed the instructions on getting it up and running. I can't get past the login with auth step. I have the auth, I put it into the box and click login, and this is all I get:

Everything else is grayed out. Anybody have any idea?
 
Start both Diablo 3 and DB as Administrator and check to se if DB is let true your FW worked for me
 
I made sure I ran both as administrator. Same problem. I'm getting a little concerned that I'm going to have to ask for a refund here.
 
are you sure that you are running D3.exe as admin and not the D3 launcher?
 
Yes I tried running the actual d3.exe as admin instead of launcher, same thing. I'm using latest demonbuddy on windows 7 64bit. I've tried time and time again running both wow and demonbuddy as admin.

do you have any D3 erd party programs/tools/hacks?
are sure you are running D3 exe as admin and not just the launcher?

i have the same problem can some one help me i have teamviewer
